Devin Di Dakta to launch event promotion and discovery app

Jamaica Gleaner - - SPORTS -

DEVIN DI Dakta recently announced the launching of a new Android app that allows event promoters and attendees to advertise and discover events across the island. Atendify is a free mobile app and will be available for download from the Google Play store in November. Users will be able to create an account using their phone number, email address or Facebook account.

“Developing and launching Atendify means that every promoter across the island, no matter how large or small the event or advertisement budget, will have equal access and opportunity to advertise their events to locals and tourists. This democratisation will propel our globally recognised entertainment industry into the 21st century and give more people access to its benefits,” said Mario Thomas, co-founder & CEO of Atendify.

Go to www.atencover to create your promoter account.

Register using an email address and password then click on ‘Create event’.

IIUpload a jpeg image of a flyer or a 60second promo video and enter information about event. Hit ‘Publish’ and you’re done. “My goal is that Atendify will be used throughout the Caribbean for promoting and selling tickets for events. Di joining long-line ting to buy tickets and using flour to put poster on light posts and wall is outdated and inefficient,” said Devin Di Dakta, VP of Atendify.
