What exactly is Samuda’s problem?

Jamaica Gleaner - - OPINION & COMMENTARY -

THE EDITOR, Sir: MR KARL Samuda, you do not establish the law in this country. I have never heard the judges being implicated in any way.

What exactly is your problem?

If I buy property and neglect it for some time, that doesn’t mean that anyone can just build on my land. It has been tolerated by the politicians and needs to stop. As a result, the police cannot enter some of these squatter settlements to be properly policed in order to pick up suspects or accused persons and combat crime.

It must stop, and stop immediately, or we are going to further promote a whirlpool of crime. ELHAM H. M. BOGLE Attorney-at-law
