The appetising pan chicken that had patrons eager to get a taste. Khadine ‘Miss Kitty’ Hylton kept the audience pumped and entertained, giving patrons a chance to win gift baskets and bags filled with goodies.
While indulging in as much chicken as possible, patrons were treated to performances from several artistes, including Kevin Downswell, Sanchez, Tarrus Riley and Beenie Man.
Soon it was time to award the best of the best, and Terry-Ann Davidson from St Ann earned
herself the 2016 Championship title and third place in the Miracle Tallawah Sauce competition. “I feel awesome. Nothing is possible without God, and people doubted me but I decided I was going to work hard in hopes that I would win. My friend, Debra Francis, was a strong motivator and I’m just speechless,” she told Food.
In the Miracle Tallawah Sauce competition, St Ann’s Cassius Gayle took first place and Audrea Charlton of St Catherine claimed the second place spot.
Coming in second in the PAN championship was Hanover parish champion, Vandyke Bernard and third place was won by Gayle.
