Charming with history

LILLIAN’S IS described as the charming fine-dining training restaurant of the University of Technology, housed within a historical landmark.

The customer’s favourite dish is their braised pork. Chef Karl Thomas boasts that the cut has the perfect leanto-fat percentage, making it tender, juicy and flavourful when prepared.
