Family support for PNP candidate

Jamaica Gleaner - - NEWS -

HUNDREDS OF supporters of the People’s National Party (PNP) marched along the main road towards the courthouse in Gayle, St Mary, in support of their local councillors who were nominating themselves for the local elections, scheduled to take place on November 28.

Julia Jackson pointed to three of her cousins from the Petersfield community in St Mary who were with her. She told The Gleaner: “We are all cousins and we’re here today to support our local councillor, Hugh Radway, because there are hardly any Labourites in our family, and they have never done anything for us. Since I’ve been born, we’ve only had mostly PNP supporters in our community.”
