THE UN­VEIL­ING cer­e­mony was at­tended by ven­dor part­ners who put out a de­lec­ta­ble spread of de­li­cious bites, wines and spir­its.

The new Hi-Lo Fairview now fea­tures a deli, bak­ery, phar­macy, a juice bar, wider aisles and ex­panded prod­uct of­fer­ings. On the same build­ing, cus­tomers will also be able to ac­cess fi­nan­cial ser­vices of­fered by Western Union, FX Trader and Bill Ex­press.

It was the third store in the chain to have un­der­gone an ex­ten­sive facelift in the last two years.

In her ad­dress, CEO of Grace Foods and Ser­vices – Do­mes­tic, An­drea Coy, thanked guests for their pa­tience and un­der­stand­ing dur­ing the ren­o­va­tion, as the store was still opened to the pub­lic dur­ing up­grad­ing.

Prom­i­nent busi­ness­man Tony Hart who was quite pleased with the ren­o­va­tion, in his key­note ad­dress thanked the en­tire team at GraceKennedy for their un­wa­ver­ing de­liv­ery of qual­ity prod­ucts and ser­vices to Ja­maica.

Hi-Lo Food Stores will con­tinue the ex­er­cise with its Port­more store in a few months, and at Cross Roads and Span­ish Town shortly af­ter.
