RESTAU­RA­TEURS, THIS week brought sweet treats cre­ated solely to break all di­etary rules. Af­ter the ex­plo­sive flavours of the ap­pe­tis­ers and en­treés, per­sons in­dulged in ex­otic cre­ations of ice cream, choco­late, and cheese that sat­is­fied ev­ery­one’s sweet tooth.

It would seem as if the swirls of choco­late, the pris­tine place­ment of cher­ries, and the per­fect bal­ance of colour on each plate were a plot to send the weak of heart down the tempt­ing road of guilty plea­sures.


Fro­mage’s Ice Cream Vanilla Sun­dae will def­i­nitely catch your eye. A-Bars’ choco­late cake look­ing like a lit­tle piece of Heaven. Left: All choco­late lovers should visit Fro­mage for their Dou­ble Choco­late Gateau. The French Ba­nana Bread Pud­ding at A-Bar is very pop­u­lar. The Rum Fire ice cream cake is a step above the rest at Board­walk Bistro in Ocho Rios, St Ann.
