RESTAURATEURS, THIS week brought sweet treats created solely to break all dietary rules. After the explosive flavours of the appetisers and entreés, persons indulged in exotic creations of ice cream, chocolate, and cheese that satisfied everyone’s sweet tooth.

It would seem as if the swirls of chocolate, the pristine placement of cherries, and the perfect balance of colour on each plate were a plot to send the weak of heart down the tempting road of guilty pleasures.
