Stress

Jamaica Gleaner - - ARTS & EDUCATION - – Hortense Francis

I got up for work quite stressed I wanted to go back to bed for more rest Then I remembered the bills to pay this week I better go to work or else things will get bleak.

My head ached and I began to feel tired Have to be strong and go to work; I don’t want to get fired I looked in my purse and saw only a hundred dollars I decided to go anyhow and started to fix my collar.

I entered my office and saw a pile of paper on my desk I worked and worked and gave it my best Then I remembered that God created the earth and did not stress But on the seventh day he took a break and got some rest. Genesis 2:2
