Wyoming law will need to be changed before ride-sharing services may operate in the state. State lawmakers say they are drafting legislation.
Uber users arrange rides using a smartphone app that charges the ride to their credit card. Brian Gebhardt of Uber said once state law allows ride-sharing, the company could begin operating in Wyoming quickly.
