Continue making your indelible mark on our nation

Jamaica Gleaner - - INTERNATIONAL NEWS -

IT IS with sincere pleasure that I extend hearty congratulations to Troy High School for achieving and observing 10 years as an educational institution. This is indeed a significant milestone and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Information applauds the school’s commitment and efforts in delivering quality education and intellectually enabling its students, while still holding an edge in the vocational subject curriculum.

Your growth and success serve to inspire others to dream bigger and achieve more measurable outcomes. At present, the population has grown to over 720 students and 37 teachers, with students attending from the neighbouring parishes. As the school carries out its mandate with dedication and dynamism, I am confident that many lives are being transformed in the process.

The Ministry of Education, Youth and Information expects that this institution will continue to make an indelible mark on our nation as well as the many students that have been, and will continue to be, blessed with the opportunity to attend Troy High. I commend your school for assisting in this process of advancement of our people and country over the last 10 years; and wish for you even greater success in the future. God bless you! SENATOR RUEL REID Minister of Education, Youth and Information
