BEING IN a stunning restaurant is quite extraordinary! At Pizzazz Fusion, the atmosphere is simply fantastic: the food and the wine even better! There is an exquisite art to the culinary world, and their menu provides such unique items you won’t be able to find at another restaurant.
Styled with such finesse, the music, lighting, artwork and spacing have been combined to create comfort, intimacy and even romance. Dining here is a feast for the senses, whetting appetites with a plethora of soups, salads, entrées, platters and signature dishes.
Carlos Cummings, co-owner, said they have incorporated foods from all the food groups in their menu. “We wanted to ensure that we have carved out a niche and have covered everything that our clientele would want. We are into vegetarian dishes, and we are also known for our flavour and sauces,” Cummings said.
Gourmet burgers and seafood, he said, are done to order so they are freshly prepared. “Based on the feedback we have received, we are also known for the service we provide.”
With its grand opening in March, just before the start of the coronavirus pandemic, Cummings revealed that the restaurant was able to stay in business primarily through their take-out service. Persons can call in and order their meals between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. for the take-out menu, and can partake of the fine-dining experience between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. To also tantalise your taste buds, bubbly options are available at the wine bar, which is open between 12:00 p.m. and closing.
‘Celebrating Life Through Food’, Pizzazz Fusion is located at Dairy Road, Discovery Bay, St Ann.
Currently, the restaurant is promoting a dare to tackle and defeat challenge, where you can eat a 24-inch pizza, and if you win in the time allotted, the meal is free. If you couldn’t handle the mission, then you would have to pay for the value of the pizza.
