Exit and re­trace back up the street and head left at the pachinko par­lour for Blanc / 3454 7820 / with 2nd hand de­signer ac­ces­sories, and next door To­raya / 5427 1847 / is a milliner who’s been sell­ing tit­fers for over 50 years. Exit, cross and head left to Eat More Greens / 3798 3191 / for a healthy pit-stop in farm­ers’ mar­ket sur­rounds, then exit right and up to the square (Honolulu Coffee / 3451 1500 / is on the left cor­ner). At the bot­tom of the square, turn right up to the main Az­abu-juban St. Swing left at Mont Tha­bor bak­ery and glide two stores along to find Hasegawa / 5439 9498 / for an in­tox­i­cat­ing se­lec­tion of sake and sake ac­cou­trements. Exit left and at the lights is 150-y/o rice cracker shop Mamegen / 3583 0962 / on the right cnr. Turn left at the lights, head­ing back to the square, then turn right for Blue & White on the left / 3451 0537 / a pretty indigo fab­ric and ce­ram­ics bou­tique. In-u-go. Exit left and scoot up and op­po­site for Sushi Gin (see Lunch). Fur­ther up on the right is Un Tiens / 5440 7785 / with hand­made laven­der and cedar soaps. Re­trace and turn right at the square for up­scale cos­met­ics at Fukuya / 3451 3355 / on the left, then carry on and take the first left for mag­i­cal kalei­do­scope shop Mukashi-kan / 3453 4415. A cou­ple of doors down is Az­abu Kobo coffee bean spe­cial­ist, then turn right at the play­ground, walk straight, and at the in­ter­sec­tion turn left, let­ting your nose lead you to in­cense shop Ko­gado / 3452 0351 / on the right. Head back the way you came to the T-junc­tion, where it’s vin o’clock at Mavie+ Or­ganic Sta­tion / 6435 0252. Oh, go on, you de­serve it!
