On Mon­day the fa­mously un­der­em­ployed NFL player Colin Kaeper­nick tweeted a black and white im­age of his face, his eyes star­ing at us, with the words “Be­lieve in some­thing, even if it means sacri ic­ing ev­ery­thing” etched over the top.
