Mark high­ways prop­erly to pre­vent ac­ci­dents

As we con­tinue to ex­pe­ri­ence nu­mer­ous road ac­ci­dents across the coun­try, one thing is for sure — some of the black spots are hardly well marked. There are nu­mer­ous black spots, such as chil­dren’s cross­ing ar­eas as well as slip­pery ar­eas, bridges and drifts. The

Kenya Na­tional High­ways Author­ity should en­sure mo­torists are warned about such dan­gers through proper signs. This way, some of the road ac­ci­dents would be pre­vented. Then we have to deal with the boda boda men­ace. They have re­placed mata­tus as the proper road men­ace now. We are fac­ing a cri­sis. We don’t have to lose so many pre­cious lives.
