Counties shouldn’t hire unqualified ministers

Daily Nation (Kenya) - - LETTERS -

Appointment of executive members in some counties has been hit by various issues.

Some governors have appointed unqualified ministers with others nominating the politically correct. Some appointees claim that they will learn on the job or hire qualified professionals. This translates to extra costs. County Assemblies and vetting teams should be keen on whom to entrust with the dockets.
