• Sit at the edge of a chair/bed. • Place your hands on your side. • Raise your legs off the ground and your knees as high as pos­si­ble. • Hold this for five to 10 seconds and bring them back down. Do 12-15 reps of this, in­creas­ing the hold­ing time as you go.
