Pre­vi­ously the guide­lines rec­om­mended 30 min­utes of daily ex­er­cise, how­ever, the World Health Or­gan­i­sa­tion amended the find­ings based on new re­search from the Nor­we­gian School of Sports Sciences and Cam­bridge Univer­sity. Even bet­ter news is, you don’t have to do the en­tire hour at one go. Find­ings state that split­ting it up over the day works just as well, so long as you get your sixty min­utes in.
