It is a remarkable improvement that poverty is reducing in the world as this is creating a more admirable global community that is able to look out for itself. Unemployment which is the leading cause of poverty is slowly being done away with. It is an amazing feat to see that since 1990 the population living in poverty has reduced by 1.3billion people. For example, in 2015 there were almost 1 million jobs created reported in US alone which brings the notion that jobs are becoming more available around the globe. Although, after reading an article on your January edition, the region of sub-saharan Africa seems to still be stricken by high levels of poverty. Henceforth, the region needs help to ensure that poverty is completely wiped out. This can be done by ensuring every child, both boys and girls, get adequate education so as to have an opportunity to remove themselves and their families from below the poverty line. Mostly of all we should do away with corruption and inequality as well to ensure that ethics is upheld therefore, we have an environment where everyone can prosper.
