A businessman has filed a suit to stop the Jubilee Party from using the slogan ‘tuko pamoja’ (we are together). Jonathan Katiku says the slogan is a registered trademark. He is seeking to restrain Kiraitu Muriungi, John Sakaja, Noah Wekesa and Kabado wa Kabado from using the trademark he says is his. He says it’s his business name and does not want it used by a political party.
