CONTRACT ‘WAS AWARDED COMPETITIVELY’
Angwenyi said the Sh302 million contract was awarded competitively from an advertisement in a local daily. She said 30 per cent of the money her firm received was for services rendered. “We have fulfilled milestones as outlined in the contract and to the satisfaction of the Steering Committee appointed by the contracting authority,” she said. Agwenyi said her firm was stopped from consulting in January after doing 60 per cent of the work.
