Nairobi Water ignores queries from High Rise Estate
Proper communication is an indispensable tool for any provider of crucial services and commodities such as water. Nairobi Water and Sewerage Company, for instance does not respond to questions raised on its Twitter handle. This is no different in the email address they have provided. I sent an email three days ago raising concerns over lack of water in High Rise Estate and since then, I have not received any feedback. Residents here have been relying on water vendors who charge exorbitantly for a 20-litre jerrycan.
