Nairobi Wa­ter ig­nores queries from High Rise Es­tate

Proper com­mu­ni­ca­tion is an in­dis­pens­able tool for any provider of cru­cial ser­vices and com­modi­ties such as wa­ter. Nairobi Wa­ter and Sew­er­age Com­pany, for in­stance does not re­spond to ques­tions raised on its Twit­ter han­dle. This is no dif­fer­ent in the email ad­dress they have pro­vided. I sent an email three days ago rais­ing con­cerns over lack of wa­ter in High Rise Es­tate and since then, I have not re­ceived any feed­back. Res­i­dents here have been re­ly­ing on wa­ter ven­dors who charge ex­or­bi­tantly for a 20-litre jer­rycan.
