Kasemeni MCA Anthony Yama has asked the more than 500 nursery school teachers hired by the county to campaign for Kwale Governor Salim Mvurya’s reelection. “Spread the word in your areas,” Yama said. Education executive Mangale Chiforomodo said, “Mvurya’s administration has employed ECDE teachers who previously depended on chicken as fees paid by parents,” he said. “Our ECDE teachers now have pay slips.” Kwale Deputy Governor Fatuma Achani urged teachers to support Mvurya as they are the biggest beneficiaries of his administration.
