It requires us all to support Knec to curb exam cheating
With the national examinations set to begin in two weeks time, every Kenyan should take part in efforts to tame exam cheating and irregularities. The government and stakeholders in the education sector have been brainstorming all through the year to curb exam cheating, which was evidently threatening the quality of our education. The Kenyan National Examinations Council, having gone through numerous reform changes, and its Act having been amended by adding new rules and regulations, it is expected that this year, exams will be free from irregularities. However, this will only be achieved if we all pull in the same direction. It is only fair that when one notices a problem in the distribution and administration of the exams, they immediately report to the relevant authorities. It is only right that people get what they have worked for not more through dubious means.
