Kenyans should donate food to drought-hit Kilifi

The Star (Kenya) - - Voices -

The drought in Kilifi is having very negative impacts, especially on women, expectant mothers and children. Although the government is doing a commendable job by supplying relief food, it is not enough for everyone. As such, well-wishers and Kenyans in general should come forward and donate water and food. And because water is a big problem, government and non-governmental organisations should sink boreholes or build dams. We do not want a situation where children can’t go to school because of hunger, or people starve to death when we can help.
