The Star (Kenya) - - Counties Western -

Amani leader Musalia Mudavadi has dismissed reports he plans to join Cord and form a super alliance. Mudavadi said the party’s announcement last Friday that he was open to forming a ‘National Super Alliance’ was misinterpreted. “When we talk of a super alliance, who said it only involves political parties? We might as well bring on board churches, business society, unions and teachers. What we need are people with like minds who can change this country,” Mudavadi said. He spoke during the unveiling of the Nairobi Mulembe Teachers Association. Yesterday, Ford Kenya MP Patrick Wangamati accused Mudavadi of being a Jubilee mole. He said Mudavadi should not expect to become the flagbearer if he joins Cord. “How can you join our house and dictate what should happen?” Wangamati said.
