The Star (Kenya) - - Politics Profile -

Honestly I was not ready to join politics in 2013, I wanted to serve my community as a lawyer. However my supporters felt that being from a political family I could also make a good leader. So I decided to give politics a try and I was elected as the Narok Women Representative with more votes than what the Governor and Senator got.’’

‘’ I am very proud of my father for having given all his children an equal opportunity to pursue education which has made me to be what I am today. I am also working on a programme to ensure that FGM and early marriages are brought to an end so that our girls can have a chance of getting good education.’’
