A firm that has accused Cyrus Jirongo (pictured) of breaching a deal for the sale of a property in Imara Daima, Nairobi, is seeking to attach his property over a Sh42 million debt. The amount arises from a compensation agreement arrived at after the politician sold the property to a third party. Emris Investment Ltd says Jirongo’s Kuza Farm and Allied Ltd is about to receive Sh250 million compensation from Nairobi county.
