‘Bedroom power’ by women will break up families
Addressing a meeting in Thika, Ruiru MP Esther Gathogo told wives to deny their spouses conjugal rights if they do not support women in 2017. She said women should use sex as a weapon to coerce men to vote for female candidates in various positions after male MPs failed to vote for the two-thirds gender rule. This is absurd and maybe the repercussions never crossed her mind. Using sex as a weapon to coerce men will result in marriage breakups, infidelity and other family problems. Under no circumstances should the family come second to politics.
