Black Di­a­mond put pres­sure on lead­ers

Black Di­a­mond re­duced the gap be­tween them and lead­ers Madaraka United to five points af­ter bag­ging the max­i­mum points from their two fix­tures in the Left Foot Di­vi­sion One fix­tures over the week­end.

Black Di­a­mond beat Con­sol­i­dated Bank 5-0 be­fore edg­ing out GreenZone Prop­erty 2-1. De­spite clos­ing the gap to five points, Madaraka United still have a game in hand.

In other Di­vi­sion One matches, Nyayo beat NIC Bank 2-0; West Ham United won 2-1 against Hurligham while Con­sol­i­dated Bank drew 2-2 with Tin­to­ria Dry Clean­ers.

Gulf En­ergy were huge win­ners in Di­vi­sion Two af­ter beat­ing Dis­ci­ples 4-1, Rapid Com­mu­ni­ca­tions ‘B’ won 2-0 against As­tral Avi­a­tion ‘A’ and All Saint Cathe­dral beat ICC 1-0. In Di­vi­sion 3, Hub Code beat Oilibya 2-1 in the re­turn leg of Cham­pi­ons League while Kingsway lost by a soli­tary goal to Samba. Methodist Guest House lost 1-2 to Ad­vert Eyez in the only fix­ture for Di­vi­sion 4.
