Pres­i­dent Uhuru Keny­atta ex­tolled For­eign Af­fairs CS Amina Mo­hamed as he hosted African diplo­mats at State House last week. “You’re get­ting a ser­vant who will work for each one of us for the peace, sta­bil­ity and pros­per­ity of our con­ti­nent,” he said. Uhuru urged the en­voys to sup­port Mo­hamed’s can­di­dacy. “She is an in­di­vid­ual who brings peo­ple to­gether. She will help us or­gan­ise the AU,” Uhuru said. Mo­hamed is in the run­ning against for­mer Ugan­dan Vice Pres­i­dent Specioza Kaz­ibwe, Equa­to­rial Guinea For­eign Min­is­ter Agapito Mokuy and Botswana For­eign Min­is­ter Pelonomi Moitoi.
