Muchai murder trial adjourned until December 9
The hearing of a case in which seven people are accused of killing former Kabete MP George Muchai his two bodyguards and driver was yesterday adjourned until December 6.
Trial judge James Wakiaga put off the case as he was also engaged in another long hearing.
Margaret Njeri and Raphael Gachii, alias Kim, Kimani Anyonyi, alias Musti, Stephen Asiliva, alias Chokore, Erick Isabwa, alias chairman, Jane Wanjiru, alias Shiro, and Simon Gichamba have denied the murder charges.
All the accused also face several violent robbery charges before the Milimani chief magistrate’s court.
At the High Court, they are accused of killing Muchai, his two guards and police constables Samuel Kalikia and Samuel Matanta and driver Stephen Wambugu on the night of February 6 and 7, 2015, on Kenyatta Avenue, Nairobi.
