Hundreds of ODM supporters in Budalang’i constituency, Busia county, have hailed the Supreme Court for nullifying President Uhuru Kenyatta’s reelection.

The group lauded Justice David Maraga and the four judges who called for the nullification over electoral malpractices.

Led by ODM activist from Bunyala West ward Jomo Musee, the supporters exuded confidence NASA flagbearer Raila Odinga will win by a landslide.

Musee said the IEBC in Budalang’i constituency did not preside over the August 8 election fairly.

In Samia subcounty, Funyula constituency, ODM supporters took to the streets to celebrate the Supreme Court ruling. ODM activist Gilbert Ongweko said Uhuru will face stiffer competition.

Jubilee supporters in Budalang’i constituency accused the Supreme Court of favouring NASA.
