Constitutional Court audit stalled

Constitutional Court Acting President Kim Yi-su is seated for an audit by the National Assembly of the court in northern Seoul, Friday. The audit was suspended after lawmakers had a dispute over Kim’s capability to assume the role as acting president. Opposition lawmakers took issue with his progressive political inclinations, which prevented him from passing a confirmation hearing last month to be named court president.
