Rowan Atkinson has been given a “quickie” divorce from his wife of 24 years Sunetra. The ‘Mr Bean’ actor - who separated from the BBC make-up artist in 2014 - was granted a decree nisi by District Judge Stephen Alderson at London’s Central Family Court today at a hearing neither he nor Sunetra attended. The couple’s divorce was given on the grounds of “unreasonable behavior” and was reportedly finalized in less than a minute. Rowan, 60, and 54-year-old Sunetra met in the 1980s when she was working as a BBC make-up artist and he was one of the corporation’s main comedy stars and they went on to tie the knot in 1990. They have two children together, daughter Lily Atkinson, 20, and son Benjamin Atkinson, 22. The couple were planning to build an £11 million home in Oxfordshire when they split in 2014 and Sunetra has since moved to a £21 million London mansion while Rowan has a £4 million base in the UK capital. He is currently dating 32-year-old comedian Louise Ford - who stars in Sky TV sitcom ‘Chickens’.
