Education Ministry’s Undersecretary Dr Haitham Al-Athari had issued a circular in which he said that children of Kuwaiti women will be allowed to register in public schools and complete all stages. But in case the mother was not Kuwaiti, then her registered children will be allowed to complete their school stages. — Al-Qabas
