Fatemah Arafah wins a Bent­ley from Kalyan Jew­ellers at mega draw in Kuwait

KUWAIT: Kalyan Jew­ellers an­nounced that Fatemah Arafah, an Egyp­tian na­tional, is the win­ner of the pres­ti­gious Bent­ley cam­paign post the mega draw held at its show­room in Kuwait City on Novem­ber 24. The win­ning raf­fle coupon was pulled out by Ahmed Mo­hammed Al-Ha­mad from the Depart­ment of Con­sumer Pro­tec­tion, Min­istry of Commerce, Kuwait. Kalyan Jew­ellers has cre­ated history for be­ing the first ever jew­ellery brand to give away a Bent­ley worth KD 76,500 as a prize in two mar­kets - Kuwait and UAE. Fatamah will drive away the cov­eted Bent­ley at a spe­cial cer­e­mony be­ing or­ga­nized by Kalyan Jew­ellers soon. This mile­stone ini­tia­tive con­cluded on Novem­ber 21 across all Kalyan Jew­ellers out­lets in Kuwait. There has been a sim­i­lar mega draw for UAE re­cently. Cus­tomers who had made a min­i­mum pur­chase of KD 75 were en­ti­tled to en­ter the mega draw. Those who bought gold re­ceived one coupon, while those buy­ing di­a­monds re­ceived two coupons. A spe­cial ‘Scratch and Win’ fea­ture was also built into the coupons, en­abling buy­ers to win an in­stant prize of di­a­mond jew­ellery worth KD 65.

Within a short span of time, Kalyan has scaled up its pres­ence in the GCC, with 10 show­rooms within UAE and three show­rooms in Kuwait. KUWAIT: Waleed Al-Qadoumi, Man­ag­ing Di­rec­tor, Top Real Es­tate Group (TREG), paid a field visit to Switzer­land and France to in­spect and re­view the real es­tate projects in progress un­der­taken by France based com­pany Imaprim in sev­eral lo­ca­tions in French and Swiss ter­ri­to­ries. Both par­ties agreed that TREG and its Qatar­based Utopia Prop­er­ties will rep­re­sent the Com­pany on ex­clu­sive ba­sis in GCC and Mid­dle East re­gion. Al-Qadoumi said that TREG is proud of offering to its cus­tomers a high end im­pres­sive col­lec­tion of real es­tate projects de­vel­oped by Imaprim Co. in sev­eral cities of France and Switzer­land, all of which are close to Geneva and Geneva air­port with some lo­ca­tions be­ing im­me­di­ately adjacent to French-Swiss bor­ders. Al-Qadoumi ex­pressed his ad­mi­ra­tion of the projects and their prime lo­ca­tions where cer­tain projects over­look lake while oth­ers are lo­cated among moun­tains and green ar­eas and fas­ci­nat­ing na­ture. He added that given charm­ing beauty of na­ture.

Al-Qadoumi stated that TREG will be of­fer a set of res­i­den­tial projects dur­ing the cur­rent phase in sev­eral cities and vil­lages where the Com­pany is work­ing, promi­nently An­necy-le-Vieux, Veigy-Foncenex and Ornex. Al-Qadoumi said that the projects are res­i­den­tial build­ings com­pris­ing sev­eral apart­ments con­tain­ing one room to four bed­rooms and ameni­ties. Fur­ther­more, build­ings are char­ac­ter­ized by their prox­im­ity to ser­vice cen­ters in the city in ad­di­tion to qual­ity con­struc­tion and fin­ish­ing, which the de­vel­oper em­pha­sizes in var­i­ous projects. Al-Qadoumi ex­plained that own­er­ship in such projects is free­hold and avail­able for all na­tion­al­i­ties, in­di­cat­ing that the unit price starts from Eu­ros 200 thou­sand and will be ready for oc­cu­pa­tion by mid-2016.

Al-Qadoumi said that GCC cit­i­zens were among first peo­ple who ac­quired prop­er­ties since 1970s in th­ese and other ar­eas such as Devon and Evian. He pointed out that th­ese ar­eas still at­tract spe­cific dis­tinct class of in­vestors who ap­pre­ci­ate the value of th­ese ar­eas and liv­ing therein where most of them spend long times for stay in sum­mer or win­ter sea­sons. Al-Qadoumi said that TREG seeks, through the mar­ket­ing th­ese projects in the re­gion, to at­tract this unique cat­e­gory of in­vestors.
