Subsidized food

Kuwait Times - - LOCAL - By Meshaal Al-Enezi

Ministry of commerce and industry’s official spokesperson Khaled Al-Abdul Hadi said that out of the ministry’s keenness on public health and consumers’ safety, it made sure subsidized food items distributed to citizens have proper health certificates. Speaking in response to social media reports about seizing some chicken sold on markets infected with salmonella, Abdul Hadi said that all proper procedures had been taken by both the ministry and the municipality. Abdul Hadi also noted that the seized specimens were collected in outlets other than those of subsidized food.
