Traffic violations

The traffic department announced that the number of traffic violations during the period from Oct 16-22 was 39,707, while 1,287 vehicles and 15 bicycles were impounded, 34 persons were detained and 13 persons were deported for driving without a license. Also, 1,718 car accidents took place, resulting in 269 injuries. —
