Mu­nic­i­pal­ity in­spec­tions

KUWAIT: Kuwait Mu­nic­i­pal­ity in­spec­tion teams in­spected 1620 stores and filed 156 vi­o­la­tions in Oc­to­ber, said the mu­nic­i­pal­ity ser­vices fol­low-up man­ager Faleh Al-Otaibi. He ex­plained that the 48 vi­o­la­tions were filed for us­ing ad­verts with­out prior li­cense, 43 for not re­new­ing li­censes, 46 for not hav­ing li­censes in ad­di­tion to 11 other adrelated case.

Beg­gar ar­rested

A fe­male Asian beg­gar was re­cently ar­rested in Nu­gra while beg­ging along side with two uniden­ti­fied lit­tle girls. Se­cu­rity sources said that the sus­pect’s res­i­dency visa had been ex­pired since 2012 and that she seemed sick. Ac­cord­ingly, the woman was hos­pi­tal­ized at the in­fec­tious dis­eases hos­pi­tal for proper med­i­cal check. The sources also noted that the girls caught with her did not have any IDs. The woman’s spon­sor has been sum­moned for fur­ther in­ves­ti­ga­tions.
