KAMCO hosts Pri­vate Bank­ing work­shop by Euromoney Learn­ing So­lu­tions

KAMCO In­vest­ment Com­pany, a lead­ing in­vest­ment com­pany with one of the largest AUMs in the re­gion, hosted a Pri­vate Bank­ing work­shop in col­lab­o­ra­tion with Euromoney Learn­ing So­lu­tions. Fran­cois Au­bert, Con­sult­ing and Train­ing ex­pert from Euromoney led the 3-day ses­sion that fo­cused on the full range of ser­vices that clients may wish to ob­tain from pri­vate bank­ing.

The work­shop, held at the Chair­man’s Club in KIPCO Tower, was at­tended by em­ploy­ees from KAMCO and Bur­gan Bank. Au­bert pre­sented a tai­lored learn­ing ses­sion with a cus­tom­ized pro­gram to suit the or­ga­ni­za­tions’ cur­rent needs in their re­spec­tive ar­eas. The 3-day pro­gram is de­signed to com­pare, dis­cuss, con­sult and coach the dif­fer­ent strate­gies avail­able for busi­ness growth, port­fo­lio con­struc­tion and as­set al­lo­ca­tion styles that will build long term and last­ing re­la­tion­ships with clients.

Com­ment­ing on the work­shop, Farouq Al Oumi - Se­nior Vice Pres­i­dent - HRMD and Act­ing Chief Re­sources Of­fi­cer of KAMCO said, “Em­ployee train­ing and devel­op­ment is es­sen­tial to any or­ga­ni­za­tion’s suc­cess. We are pleased with the col­lab­o­ra­tive ef­forts be­tween KAMCO’s Hu­man Re­sources team and Euromoney Learn­ing So­lu­tions. The work­shop adds value to the daily tasks car­ried out by our em­ploy­ees and fur­ther en­hances their un­der­stand­ing and per­cep­tion of the pri­vate bank­ing best prac­tices.”

Oumi added, “These work­shop ses­sions add key value to­wards our long-term strat­egy to pro­gres­sively de­velop our em­ploy­ees and pro­vide them with the nec­es­sary tools to achieve their per­sonal and or­ga­ni­za­tional goals.
