Jumeirah Mes­si­lah Beach Ho­tel and Spa is tak­ing guests on a culi­nary jour­ney around the world this Novem­ber, of­fer­ing a num­ber of pro­mo­tions and new menus across its restau­rants. From Amer­ica’s Deep South, Italy’s coun­try­side, Mex­ico’s bold cui­sine, din­ers will en­joy var­ied and unique evening din­ing ex­pe­ri­ences this month.

The steak­house restau­rant, Pep­per, launched a new ex­cit­ing menu de­liv­er­ing guests the best in taste and qual­ity. The re­sort’s culi­nary team serves new con­tem­po­rary ad­di­tions to the restau­rant’s pop­u­lar flame-grilled mas­ter­pieces with menu items such as crispy chicken breast with sauteed wild mush­room and green pea puree for starters, smoked duck Carpac­cio salad, Pep­per’s mixed grill plat­ter, glazed lamb with rose­mary, honey and orange. Mar­i­nated un­til ten­der and grilled un­til juicy, the se­lec­tion of braised short ribs and Black Angus meat cuts will sat­isfy ev­ery pal­ette. For desserts, guests can sa­vor cof­fee and car­damom Creme Brulee, caramel and pecan tart, and more.

At Olio Ital­ian Restau­rant, the Ital­ian chef cre­ated a tai­lored menu of “All You Can Grab” of­fer­ings for din­ner, com­bin­ing the best an­tipasti starters, a live pasta sta­tion al­low­ing guests to cus­tom­ize their dish with clas­sic Ital­ian condi­ments, and a choice of freshly-pre­pared piz­zas hand­picked by the chef. Ev­ery Tues­day, guests will sam­ple Ital­ian spe­cial­ties show­cas­ing the breadth of the country’s culi­nary di­ver­sity and per­son­al­ity. A new menu also comes with Tus­cany style seafood soup, tra­di­tional baked lasagna, home­made gnoc­chi with four cheeses, can­nel­loni with roasted chicken and ri­cotta cheese, Si­cil­ian style grilled fish, and warm choco­late pud­ding and the vel­vety Ital­ian Panna cotta for dessert.

More can be en­joyed on Tues­day evenings with Gar­den Cafe’s in­ter­na­tional monthly of­fer­ings. This Novem­ber, Mex­i­can Nights present an open buf­fet em­brac­ing the culi­nary vi­brancy of Mex­ico with typ­i­cal Mex­i­can dishes to in­dulge the senses. From en­chi­ladas, tacos, to que­sadil­las with de­li­cious side dishes to pair any meal, guests will be in­tro­duced to au­then­tic Mex­i­can cui­sine.

As the cooler weather de­scends upon us, the lux­u­ri­ous re­sort con­tin­ues to wel­come guests to the beach and pool­side area ev­ery Wed­nes­day, where Kuwait’s first tra­di­tional South­ern-Amer­i­can themed Bar­beque cel­e­brates the dis­tinct and clas­sic method of Amer­i­can Bar­be­quing char­ac­ter­ized by wood-smoked meats.
