UP NRI Fo­rum, Kuwait con­ducted Free Med­i­cal Camp for un­der­priv­i­leged

UP NRI Fo­rum, a so­cial and wel­fare group or­ga­nized a free med­i­cal camp or­ga­ni­za­tion in con­junc­tion with the In­dian Doc­tors Fo­rum Novem­ber 4, 2016 at the Salmiya In­dian Model School to cater to the health needs of the In­dian di­as­pora in Kuwait.

The camp in­cluded health ed­u­ca­tional ses­sions fo­cused on pre­sen­ta­tions about prostate can­cer symp­toms and treat­ment and a health checkup ses­sion. A team of spe­cial­ist doc­tors and staff nurses from the Min­istry of Health and lo­cal pri­vate hos­pi­tals pro­vided med­i­cal check-ups and ad­vice to at­ten­dees on a one-to-one ba­sis in­clud­ing check­ing blood pres­sure, blood sugar tests and ul­tra­sounds. Eye tests were also con­ducted.

Bur­gan Bank, in col­lab­o­ra­tion with Grand Cin­e­mas, an­nounced to­day that all its Youth Ac­count Hold­ers will be of­fered the ex­clu­siv­ity to watch the first screen­ing of the all-new ac­tion drama movie “Fan­tas­tic Beasts and Where to Find Them” for free at the lux­u­ri­ous movie theatre of Grand Cin­e­mas lo­cated in Al Hamra Tower. The movie screen­ing will be held on Thurs­day Novem­ber, 17th 2016, wherein each Youth ac­count holder is en­ti­tled to 2 free tick­ets on one of the two shows, at 5:30 pm or 8:00 pm.

To book the free seats, Youth Ac­count Hold­ers are re­quired to visit grand cin­e­mas box of­fice in Al Hamra Tower and show their Youth card or by call­ing Grand Cin­e­mas on 22270333. The Youth Ac­count was specif­i­cally de­signed for the young in­di­vid­u­als of ages 15 to 25, who seek to at­tain a suc­cess­ful fu­ture.
