Ex­pe­ri­ence ‘Ke­bab Spe­cials’ at Zafran

Zafran In­dian Bistro, the award-win­ning con­tem­po­rary In­dian restau­rant re­cently launched its lim­ited time menu - The Ke­bab Spe­cials. Ke­bab lovers are in­vited to ex­pe­ri­ence a va­ri­ety of mouth-wa­ter­ing ke­babs made from the finest spice blends, mar­i­nated and char-grilled to per­fec­tion. The Ke­bab Spe­cials of­fers a fine mÈlange of vege­tar­ian and non-vege­tar­ian delectable ke­babs that are amongst the much-cel­e­brated North-West In­dian fa­vorites.

The tempt­ing menu in­cludes the fla­vor­ful, juicy “Raan-e-Zafran” -lamb leg cooked with In­dian spices, “GoshtGi­lawat”-minced lamb medal­lions in­fused with aro­matic spices and sev­eral other ke­bab va­ri­eties spe­cially put to­gether by the Zafran mas­ter chefs.Vege­te­ri­ans are in for a treat to with crave-wor­thy op­tion such as the “Pa­neer Gul­badan”-cot­tage cheese stuffed with spinach, mar­i­nated with hung curd and cheese, “SeekhKurkuri” - med­ley of corn, green peas and In­dian spices and “SubzGi­lawat” - del­i­cate medal­lions of mush­room and cau­li­flower in­fused with aro­matic spices.

The fra­grant ten­der meat and de­li­cious veg­eta­bles ooze au­then­tic fla­vors that have been put to­gether by the mas­ter chefs in a sig­na­ture Zafran style. The Ke­bab Spe­cials is Zafran’s way of tak­ing food­ies in Kuwait on a jour­ney that show­cases the true quin­tes­sence of the au­then­tic­ity, di­ver­sity and the rich­ness of some North­West In­dian fa­vorites whilst you en­joy the re­laxed am­bi­ence.

Be amazed by the Zafran in­te­rior which is stylish, com­fort­able and invit­ing. The set­ting is con­tem­po­rary and ca­sual, al­low­ing guests to en­joy the ex­pe­ri­ence and cre­ate their own spe­cial mo­ments. The in­te­rior high­lights unique fea­tures, the most prom­i­nent of which is the ‘wow’ kitchen, where guests are able to watch Chefs pre­pare their food right be­fore their eyes. The fas­cia of the kitchen is made of car­bonized wood with brass de­tail­ing which repli­cates the char-grilling of the tan­door, cre­at­ing a beau­ti­ful visual. The ‘wow’ kitchen is a sig­na­ture el­e­ment of the venue al­low­ing our guests re­ally ex­pe­ri­ence a true taste of Zafran.

Prices start at a very rea­son­able 2.500 KD and this menu will be avail­able from now un­til the end of De­cem­ber at Zafran. The 150 seat restau­rant is open to guests for lunch as well as din­ner from 12 pm - 12 am ev­ery day.
