ALARGAN launches sales of new town­houses 46 town­houses to cover 6,324sq m of land in Te­lal Al-Qurm, Mus­cat

ALARGAN In­ter­na­tional Real Es­tate Com­pany re­vealed in Mus­cat the model town­house of 46 new town­houses that the com­pany has started con­struct­ing in its Te­lal Al-Qurm com­mu­nity project, cur­rently un­der de­vel­op­ment in the Sul­tanate of Oman. The town­houses are the fourth com­po­nent of the over­all Te­lal AlQurm com­mu­nity, a res­i­den­tial and com­mer­cial district con­sist­ing of 164,900 square me­ters of land lo­cated on the edge of the highly-in­de­mand Qurm area of Mus­cat.

The over­all Te­lal Al-Qurm project is di­vided into six phases and is be­ing de­vel­oped into a mod­ern mixed-use ur­ban com­mu­nity pro­vid­ing pri­vacy and se­cu­rity in a cen­tral area with di­rect ac­cess to ameni­ties and nearby land­marks of Mus­cat. The project is char­ac­ter­ized by its key lo­ca­tion, de­vel­op­ment qual­ity, ad­vanced in­fra­struc­ture, land­scap­ing, and mod­ern fa­cil­i­ties and sur­round­ing pic­turesque hills.

The launch of the model town­house, made by ALARGAN's fully-owned sub­sidiary Te­lal AlQurm Real Es­tate, opens sales to the com­po­nent with ex­pec­ta­tions al­ready high for units to move quickly due to the lo­ca­tion, build qual­ity and over­all com­mu­nity de­sign.

The town­houses will cover a net land area of 6,324 square me­ters, con­sist­ing of two rows of 23 town­houses each, in ad­di­tion to a Com­mu­nity Club­house fac­ing a 2,500 squareme­ter park and recre­ational ameni­ties in­clud­ing a gym­na­sium and swim­ming pool.

The town­houses will be avail­able in three lay­outs of three to four-bed­room houses, with pri­vate park­ing, gar­dens and yards in ev­ery lay­out. The town­houses were de­signed to have full height win­dows that face north and a mod­ern de­sign with spacious and de­fined spa­ces.

With a view to­wards help­ing Oman reach a more sus­tain­able fu­ture, Te­lal Al-Qurm com­mu­nity of­fers clients the op­por­tu­nity to have their home con­structed to LEED-cer­ti­fi­ca­tion, the top US stan­dard in en­vi­ron­men­tally friendly con­struc­tion, help­ing fam­i­lies pre­serve both the en­vi­ron­ment and re­duce en­ergy costs.
