GUST’s PACE, Boubyan Bank con­clude first lead­er­ship pro­gram with DePaul Univer­sity

Gulf Univer­sity for Sci­ence and Tech­nol­ogy’s (GUST) Pro­fes­sional Ad­vance­ment and Con­tin­u­ing Ed­u­ca­tion (PACE) has suc­cess­fully con­cluded the first cus­tom­ized lead­er­ship train­ing pro­gram for Boubyan Bank em­ploy­ees on its cam­pus. The pro­gram, en­ti­tled “Emerg­ing Lead­ers Pro­gram”, helped strengthen the lead­er­ship skills of 50 as­pir­ing lead­ers within Boubyan Bank.

The pro­gram was led by Dr Erin Nel­son, Dr Nezih Al­tay, and Dr Charles E. Naquin from DePaul Univer­sity in the United States, and rep­re­sents its first ven­ture into the Kuwaiti mar­ket. The pro­gram was pitched at a mas­ter­class level. The col­lab­o­ra­tive syn­ergy be­tween Boubyan Bank, GUST, and DePaul Univer­sity en­sured the de­liv­ery of a high qual­ity pro­gram in the mar­ket.
