KIB’s booth at KGOC

In line with its ef­forts to con­nect with em­ploy­ees in both the pub­lic and pri­vate sec­tors, Kuwait In­ter­na­tional Bank (KIB) re­cently or­ga­nized a booth at the head of­fices of Kuwait Gulf Oil Com­pany (KGOC). This lat­est en­gage­ment comes as a con­tin­u­a­tion of KIB’s pro­gram which fo­cuses on en­gag­ing di­rectly with the pub­lic, in or­der to fa­mil­iar­ize them with the Bank’s di­verse range of prod­ucts and ser­vices. “Out­reach ef­forts of this kind are sim­ply a man­i­fes­ta­tion of our mis­sion to be as close as pos­si­ble to our cus­tomers. In­ter­act­ing with them on an up-close-and-per­sonal level al­lows us to en­hance their knowl­edge and aware­ness about the in­no­va­tive bank­ing so­lu­tions we of­fer,” said Eu­gene Gal­li­gan, Act­ing Gen­eral Man­ager of the Re­tail Bank­ing Depart­ment at KIB.

Gal­li­gan fur­ther added: “Our KIB staff did a mas­ter­ful job or­ga­niz­ing this booth and in­ter­act­ing with the au­di­ence, which re­sulted in a tremen­dously pos­i­tive re­sponse from KGOC em­ploy­ees. We were able to suc­cess­fully show­case our prod­ucts, ser­vices and of­fers which are all de­signed to meet the needs and as­pi­ra­tions of ev­ery seg­ment of the pop­u­la­tion; from our ac­count pack­ages and cards, to our in­no­va­tive fi­nanc­ing so­lu­tions, and much more.”

KIB is al­ways look­ing to con­nect with its cus­tomers and en­hance its re­la­tion­ship with them. The Bank con­tin­u­ously seeks to get closer to them, and is com­mit­ted to main­tain­ing an open di­a­logue with the pub­lic.
