Al-Ha­jiri con­grat­u­lates Sheikh Sal­man on reap­point­ment

Pres­i­dent of Kuwait Dis­abled Sports Club Shafi Al-Ha­jiri con­grat­u­lated In­for­ma­tion Min­is­ter, State Min­is­ter for Youth Af­fairs Sheikh Sal­man Sabah Al-Salem AlHu­moud Al-Sabah on his reap­point­ment in the new cabi­net. He said Sheikh Sal­man fol­lows first hand the Youth and Sports Af­fairs through be­ing Chair­man of Pub­lic Author­ity for Sports and Pub­lic Author­ity for Youth. He also worked on re­mov­ing all ob­sta­cles that Kuwait ath­letes face par­tic­u­larly the dis­abled in co­op­er­a­tion with other bod­ies in Kuwait.

He said this sup­port and con­tin­ued care the Kuwait Dis­abled Sports re­ceive from Sheikh Sal­man had a sig­nif­i­cant in­flu­ence in mak­ing distin­guished re­sults that con­trib­uted to hoist­ing Kuwait flag high in ma­jor events, most im­por­tant of which is ath­let­ics player Ah­mad Nawa Al-Mu­tairi’s win­ning the gold medal in Rio Par­a­lympics in Septem­ber.

Al-Ha­jiri hoped that fruit­ful co­op­er­a­tion con­tin­ues be­tween his club and state min­istry for youth af­fairs to make more achieve­ments in the dis­abled sports and have Kuwait flag raised high un­der our wise lead­er­ship, headed by HH The Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ah­mad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, HH The Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf AlAh­mad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and HH the Prime Min­is­ter Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak AlHa­mad Al-Sabah.
