Lulu Ex­change awarded ISO 9001:2015 cer­tifi­cate

Lulu Ex­change, the lead­ing world­wide re­mit­tance and for­eign ex­change ser­vices provider, was awarded the ISO 9001:2015 man­age­ment sys­tem cer­tifi­cate by TUV NORD. The cer­tifi­cate was awarded to Lulu Ex­change for the qual­ity man­age­ment sys­tem as­so­ci­ated with ex­e­cut­ing re­mit­tance oper­a­tions and deal­ing in sale and pur­chase of for­eign cur­ren­cies. The cer­tifi­cate was pre­sented to KNS Das, GM, Lulu Ex­change by Shibu Davies, GM - Cer­ti­fi­ca­tion & Au­dit­ing, TUV Mid­dle East in the pres­ence of the se­nior man­age­ment of Lulu Ex­change.

"We are ex­tremely proud of our team for at­tain­ing the ISO 9001:2015 cer­ti­fi­ca­tion. This ISO cer­ti­fi­ca­tion brings with it­self greater com­mit­ment to higher stan­dards, qual­ity ser­vice and cus­tomer fo­cus," said Adeeb Ahamed, CEO, Lulu In­ter­na­tional Ex­change. ISO cer­ti­fi­ca­tion for man­age­ment sys­tem is based on prin­ci­ples such as cus­tomer fo­cus, riskbased ap­proach, process ap­proach, com­mit­ment from top man­age­ment and con­tin­ual im­prove­ment. The fo­cus of this en­deavor is to pro­vide con­ve­nient fi­nan­cial trans­ac­tions that ful­fill the core cus­tomer need for a se­cure, qual­ity, speedy and value-laden ser­vice.

"It was our great plea­sure to award ISO 9001:2015 cer­tifi­cate to Lulu Ex­change. The or­ga­ni­za­tion has demon­strated great com­mit­ment to­wards this qual­ity man­age­ment sys­tem through man­age­ment com­mit­ment, de­tailed process def­i­ni­tion, com­pli­ance and team work. This is the first Fi­nan­cial Ex­change, which is cer­ti­fied by TUV NORD in the re­gion for the 9001:2015 stan­dards. We con­grat­u­late Lulu Ex­change on this achieve­ment," said Shibu Davies.

"A lot of plan­ning, im­ple­men­ta­tion and ex­e­cu­tion effort has gone into the ISO 9001: 2015 cer­ti­fi­ca­tion. Our march to­wards ex­cel­lence and con­tin­u­ous im­prove­ment has just be­gun. This recog­ni­tion re­flects that we are on the right path and we have to con­stantly rein­vent our­selves to meet and ex­ceed ex­pec­ta­tions," added Adeeb Ahamed.
