13th Free Med­i­cal Camp by SPDK

So­ce­ity of Pak­istani Doc­tors in Kuwait (SPDK) ar­ranged its 13th Free Med­i­cal Camp for ex­pat com­mu­nity on 25th Novem­ber 2016 at Pakistan School, Man­gaf, AI Ah­madi Gov­er­norate. Am­bas­sador of Pakistan H E Ghu­lam Dasta­gir and Talal Khal­ifa AI-Jari, Di­rec­tor of Schools, in­au­gu­rated the camp for­mally at 2 pm. 35 doc­tors from dif­fer­ent spe­cial­ties or­ga­nized dif­fer­ent clin­ics in­clud­ing but not lim­ited to Gen­eral, Med­i­cal, Heart, Skin, Bone, Surgery, Neu­ro­surgery, Women, ENT and Eye clin­ics. 850 pa­tients of dif­fer­ent na­tion­al­i­ties were pro­vided with free ser­vices as reg­is­tra­tion at re­cep­tion, blood pres­sure and blood su­gar mea­sure­ments, med­i­cal checkup and spe­cial­ist con­sul­ta­tion, ECG for el­i­gi­ble pa­tients and medicines as well. Light re­fresh­ments and tea was served for all. Pres­i­dent SPDK, Dr. Shuja Ud Din an­nounced con­clu­sion of camp at 6.30 pm. SPDK is thank­ful to Pakistan School Man­gaf's man­age­ment, Vol­un­teers and com­mu­nity for their sup­port and ac­tive par­tic­i­pa­tion. SPDK is a plat­form for Pak­istani doc­tors to make a dif­fer­ence. So­ci­ety is com­muted to pro­vide health aware­ness and health ser­vices to ex­pat com­mu­nity in Kuwait through reg­u­lar health ed­u­ca­tion events and Bian­nual Free Med­i­cal Camps.
