Hol­i­day Down­town Ho­tel cel­e­brates grand re-open­ing

The Hol­i­day Down­town Ho­tel in Sharq has cel­e­brated the grand re­open­ing on 13th De­cem­ber 2016, wit­nessed by top me­dia per­son­als and dig­ni­taries from var­i­ous so­cial in­sti­tutes. “We are proud to re­open our doors to guests who will en­joy our newly ren­o­vated Euro­pean con­tem­po­rary style rooms and el­e­gant fab­ric spa­ces re­sult­ing in the cre­ation of truly 4 star ex­pe­ri­ence in the heart of Kuwait Down­town” says the newly ap­pointed Gen­eral Man­ager Mo­hamed Wahib Mo­hamed Labib.

The Ho­tel will ex­tend its known ser­vice stan­dards as be­fore and will ac­quire back be­ing one of the best in the mar­ket. The pride of the ho­tel was ex­cel­lent con­ven­tion and events fa­cil­i­ties, with the ren­o­va­tion car­ried out, it is go­ing to be bet­ter. As part of the re­open­ing, ex­cep­tional of­fers are pro­vided for out­side ca­ter­ing and weddings. As well, for cor­po­rate guest’s meet­ing re­quire­ments, a su­pe­rior ar­range­ment is await­ing in 2017 with free 24 hours valet parking ser­vices. Ameni­ties in­cludes first class of­fer­ing of full ser­vice ex­pe­ri­ence to guest with 169 rooms, cut­ting edge top qual­i­fy­ing food served at the restau­rants, the ho­tel houses a mod­ern fit­ness cen­tre with per­sonal train­ers along with in­door pool.

A to­tal of 210 guest was en­ter­tained by a mu­si­cal group, fol­lowed by a gala din­ner, which made the evening el­e­gant and spe­cial. Hol­i­day Down­town Ho­tel has for­ever changed ho­tels ca­ter­ing for busi­ness and leisure clien­tele. “It is all about the com­fort of our guests and ex­ceed­ing their needs, and Hol­i­day Down­town ex­em­plify this, both phys­i­cally and in terms of the staff at­ti­tude and cul­ture”. Mr Wahib con­tin­ued to ex­plain that his am­bi­tion is to be No 1 in the mar­ket by sim­ply cre­at­ing “A right way, the Hol­i­day Down­town Way” for his guest, an art of hos­pi­tal­ity & Ara­bic gen­eros­ity in wel­com­ing our val­ued guest. A sense that any­thing is pos­si­ble which he and his team will en­sure will hap­pen to each of his guest.

It does not stop here, the ho­tel will soon ex­pand fa­cil­i­ties for long stays and more F&B op­tions such as Fal­lah Restau­rant open­ing by 1st quar­ter of 2017 spe­cial­ist in au­then­tic tra­di­tional and con­tem­po­rary Kuwaiti cuisines.
